Are you feeling pain in your Lower Left Abdominal? If your pain is for a shorter period of time it can be due to muscular cramp, severe menstrual pain, ovarian cysts, miscarriage, fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic, inflammatory disease, ectopic pregnancy and it will remain for a few days. If the intensity of the pain is increasing and not receding, you must visit a physician to get it diagnosed because abdomen pain is also caused by diverticulitis. Diverticula are small pouches created from pressure on weak spots in the colon. Diverticula are common, and even more so after age 40. When a pouch tear, swelling, and infection can cause diverticulitis. It usually feels like sharp cramp-like pain, usually on the left side of your lower abdomen. Other symptoms can include fever and chills, nausea, vomiting, and constipation or diarrhea. There are some natural treatments and remedies a person can adopt in there life. We can eat a small portion of food, Take small amounts of baking soda, Use lemon and/or lime juice, Start a BRAT diet (banana, rice, applesauce, and toast) for a day or so for symptom relief and also avoid smoking or drinking alcohol.
